All current Worshipful Masters, Senior and Junior Wardens are required to attend. Dress is tie and jacket, with officers jewels and officer aprons.  Dues cards will be checked to be admitted into the room.

All Grand Staff are required to attend. Dress is staff uniform, collars/jewels and aprons.

All Legislation that has been received by the Grand Secretary prior to Jan. 1st 2020, reviewed and approved by constitution and law Committee will be presented and voted on. All approved legislation will be published prior to the meeting. Voting Members of Grand Lodge are urged to attend. Top three officers are required to attend.
